Chef Nikos Thomas (Simul restaurant’s Patron Chef for over four years), known for representing the bistronomy scene in Greece, takes charge of Privilege’s kitchen, in collaboration with Villa Mercedes’ Chef Kostas Terzoudis. The menu consists of modern Mediterranean flavors based on excellent raw materials and techniques.
Cocktails with concept
Privilege Athens’ cocktail list was curated by the team of Lost + Found from Nicosia, known for its worldwide acclaim. The concept is “’90s with a twist”. Famous titles of our favorite ’90s cocktails change ingredients and aromas while retaining their distinct flavor characters.
